Beta version of Google Chrome launched!

Google has launched a beta version of its upcoming open source browser,
Google Chrome. It is currently compatible with Windows Vista and XP systems (Mac and Linux versions coming soon), and offers a streamlined, simple interface; isolated tabs to prevent browser crashes; more powerful JavaScript engine;
et cetera. Google has also released a
comic book explaining the philosophy of Chrome. Download at
