Knoll Light Factory 3 now in 3D

13.08.2012

Red Giant Software Knoll Light Factory 3 video Red Giant Software's light effects tool Knoll Light Factory just got more color, depth and excitement with new lens flare technology. ILM VFX Supervisor John Knoll brings you new features like realistic flare elements, time-saving animated behaviors, a redesigned interface, and over 100 beautifully designed presets. The plug-in also features the new Edge Reaction tool to flare or fade light at the edge of a comp, and full integration with After Effects 3D camera and lights, that lets you move the Knoll flares in 3D space and sync them with animated lights. It requires Windows or Mac OS X versions of Adobe After Effects CS4+, Premiere Pro CS5+, Apple Final Cut Pro 7, or Apple Motion 4 to run, and is out now priced at $199 US (that's a 50% price reduction from Knoll 2.7); upgrades are $99 US.
