Caligari (trueSpace) and Microsoft Join Forces graphicsAccording to this post on Caligari Corp's forums, Caligari (makers or trueSpace line of 3D modeling, animation, and rendering applications) "...has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation.
