MOTU Digital Performer screenshot MOTU, Inc. shipped version of of Digital Performer, company's acclaimed digital audio workstation software. DP8 comes with 17 new plug-ins, including two new classic guitar amp models, a bass cabinet model, several classic guitar pedals, modeled analog delay, a multi-band dynamic equalizer, a precision delay, a de-esser, the Subkick kick drum enhancer, and Springamabob, a modeled vintage spring reverb processor; new video engine for full-screen viewing of 720 or 1080 HD video footage; 15 new GUI themes; native 64-bit and Mac OS X and Windows cross-platform oparation; and more. Digital Performer 8 is now shipping for Mac OS X. The Windows version is in final testing stage and will be available soon.
