Autodesk Project Gepetto crowd simulator simulation AI artificial intelligence flock alpha video Ken Pimentel, Director of Visual Communication Solutions within Autodesk's Media & Entertainment division, posted new information on Autodesk's planned 3D crowd simulation tool, currently nicknamed "Project Geppetto". To be released in a few months on Autodesk Labs, the project is focused on bringing a higher level of realism that is lacking from existing systems, including interacting with physics or rag dolls.
