Reliance MediaWorks to buy Digital Domain Productions assets

Digital Domain, a legendary special effects company, went bankrupt in less than a year after going public. Now a joint venture between Beijing Galloping Horse Film Co. and Reliance MediaWorks Ltd. has won an auction to buy some of its assets for approx. $30 million US, incl. DDMG's Mothership Media unit, assets of its Digital Domain Productions Inc. visual effects studios, and co-production rights for the feature film Ender's Game. [source]
