Strings Dream emulates vintage string machines
17.06.2009

Audio plug-in developer NUSofting released
Strings Dream Synthesizer, a VST instrument designed to reproduce the infinite array of rich, analogue pads from the most famous strings machines in synthesizer history. It emulates the classic Eminent Solina as well as its sister keyboards from Elka, Crumar and even their Japanese cousins. String Dream does not use samples, instead it takes advantage of the 'octave divider' circuitry emulation, typical of early polyphonic synths. Strings Dream synthesizer is out now for Windows / VST (with AU version for Mac OS X soon to follow) for a price of 50 EUR or $69 US. For more information, read the
Manual or download the
Demo Version.
