Universal Audio releases Manley Massive Passive EQ plug-in simulation

UAD Software Version 5.6.0 (download) includes the new Manley Massive Passive EQ and Precision Enhancer Hz plug-ins for UAD-2, enhancements for the now officially-sanctioned EMT 140 Classic Plate Reverberator plug-in (formerly Plate 140), and significant performance improvements for Windows users (more). PreSonus announces Windows 7 compatibility

PreSonus released Windows 7-compatible drivers for their FireBox, FP10 / Firepod and Inspire 1394 FireWire recording systems. The new drivers are compatible with both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP. Lexicon updates its PCM96 reverb boxes

Hardware reverb specialist Lexicon released a new, Mac OS-specific software update for its PCM96 and PCM96 Surround units. Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 at the end of October

Microsoft revealed that the company is confident with the progress made with Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, and that as a result, Microsoft will deliver Release to Manufacturing code to partners in the second half of July. Windows 7 will become generally available on Oct. 22, 2009, and Windows Server 2008 R2 will be broadly available at the same time. [source]
